Terms and Conditions for Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town
1. Acceptance of Terms
By attending Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering the event area.
2. Admission and Entry
Admission to Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town is subject to the purchase of a valid ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
3. Event Rules
- Respect the safety and well-being of others. Do not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behaviour.
- Keep your belongings secure at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Follow the directions of event staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Food and drink may not be permitted in certain areas of the event i.e. Santa’s Grotto. Please dispose of all waste responsibly.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Photography and filming are permitted, but please respect the rights of others.
- Photography and filming will be carried out by the event team, by attending the event you are automatically giving consent. If you wish not to be featured in any event photography of filming, please speak to the Box Office.
4. Liability
Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event, unless caused by our negligence.
5. Children
Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
